Basic sprint — 4 weeks for a medium-complexity solution. Standard sprint — 6-8 weeks for a major product or program. Extended sprint — up to 12 weeks with Proof of Concept of key components.

Digital Transformation Roadmap: phased plan of the transformation program
Development of realistic digital transformation program roadmap with phases, measurable results, budget model, and operating model. A finished document for board defense and program launch.
Basic roadmap development — 8-12 weeks. Extended format with deep diagnostics and alignments — 12-16 weeks. Express variant for specific perimeter — 4-6 weeks.
Tracking
Product / Startup Tracking: regular product launch mentorship
Regular mentorship for a startup founder or product leader in launching and growing a product. Help in architectural and product decisions, contractor selection, risk management. Format for early and mid-stage startups.
Minimum contract — 6 months. Standard duration — 12-18 months. After — transition to independent work or continuation in periodic format on request.
