How It Should Work

Every architectural decision passes verification — does it meet CBU regulatory requirements, how does it affect operational stability, what risks does it bring. What I Do in These Situations

I work with banks and fintech companies in Uzbekistan and Central Asia with deep understanding of banking specifics — ABS, CBU regulation, foreign correspondent requirements, regional bank operational realities. Approach — start with diagnostics of real bank business tasks and architectural state, design solutions considering regulation and operational constraints, help in negotiations with regulator and foreign partners. Maintain independence from banking platform vendors.

Team role: The bank team leads implementation of architectural decisions — internal IT blocks, product blocks, risk, AML. I work as architectural advisor at the board and architectural committee level. On technical implementation I stay on request for complex decisions and review of critical components. Gives the bank independent expertise without depending on permanent external consultant presence.
