For projects that need not a contractor but someone who puts their reputation and time on the line alongside you. This format is for founders building a digital product who understand: without a strong technical partner inside the team, the product won’t take off. Not a consultant on weekly calls, but someone who makes decisions and is accountable for them.

Who this suits: a company is launching a new digital direction — a fintech service, marketplace, B2B platform. The founder understands the market and business but needs a partner who will build the technical side: architecture, team, development processes, infrastructure. Or the reverse — there’s a technical idea but no one to translate it into a product with a business model and operations.

How it works: we agree on equity and areas of responsibility before work begins. I join as co-founder or CTO — I define product strategy, design architecture, build and grow the team. I work not for a fee but for a share of the outcome. That means: my interests align with yours — I have no incentive to drag things out, inflate budgets, or build dependency on myself. I have every incentive for the product to work and generate revenue.

This format isn’t for everyone. I take on 1–2 such projects simultaneously and choose carefully. Criteria: a strong founder, a real market, the ambition to build something meaningful. Central Asia is a young and growing market with enormous demand for digital products — and here the right product with the right team can claim a niche faster than in mature markets.
